The staff, dressed in complete formals, serves fabulous dishes that include salmon mousse in a prawn sauce, tartar of tenderloin, grilled red snapper, grouper with mustard sauce, and filet mignon with truffles and foie gras. Prawn balchão and sorpotel are the best meals offered in goa and they are world famous and people from all over the world gather to relish them.
The presentation of the Goan food is exquisite but not overdone, while the portions served are quiet adequate.

For starters, one could choose carrot-ginger soup or grilled scallops with raisins, pine nuts, rosemary, and pineapple mojo. The tuna marinated in vanilla liquor, pepper-encrusted and seared, over papaya and avocado salad, with fresh mint dressing is also a good choice.
For the main course, diners can chose to go for the sea bass over coconut rice and black beans. You could also opt for fresh jumbo prawns, crab, different type of fish cooked in hot and spice sauce. If you simply want to avoid the risk of experimenting then simply order fish, curry and rice.
